To cancel a registration and receive a refund, please send a written cancellation request via email to info@campbear.net.   All refund/cancellation requests must be received by April 23, 2025 and be assessed an administrative fee of $15.  Due to organizational planning, no refunds can be issued beginning April 23, 2025.

Camp Bear reserves the right to refuse and refund registration for any potential attendee that is not in good standing with Timberfell Resort, or any other reason deemed necessary by the Camp Bear Committee.  

ANY UNREGISTERED PERSON WHO ATTEMPTS TO SNEAK ON PROPERTY AT TIMBERFELL RESORT DURING CAMP BEAR WILL BE BANNED FROM EVER ATTENDING ANY FUTURE CAMP BEAR EVENTS OR TIMBERFELL RESORT.
